Performing CPR is Physically Exhausting

When you register for a CPR class, it’s important to know that performing chest compressions on a manikin can strain your hands, wrists, arms, or even your entire body. If you have any pre-existing physical conditions—such as pain, carpal tunnel, weakness, or injuries—we recommend waiting until you’re feeling better before attending.

If you find yourself fatigued or run out of time during your skills test, don’t worry. Just give our office a call, and we’ll reschedule you at no extra cost. Alternatively, you’re welcome to stay in the room and complete your skills when you’re ready.
